service
The terms that govern use of this website. Our products run on their own sites under their own terms.

01These terms
These terms govern your use of this website, mohbi.net, which is operated by MOHBI, an independent software studio based in the United Kingdom. By using the site you agree to them. If you have questions, email [email protected].
02Our products
Our products, including REQO, PULSX, and FAM, run on their own sites under their own terms and privacy policies. Nothing on this website forms part of those agreements, and listing a product here is not an offer of service on any particular terms.
03Client work
Client engagements are governed by the written proposal or agreement we sign for that project, including scope, fees, timelines, and intellectual property. These website terms do not modify any of that. Enquiries sent through this site are not binding on either side until an agreement is in place.
04Content and ownership
The design, text, imagery, and code of this website belong to MOHBI or our licensors. You may browse and share links freely, but do not reproduce or reuse material from this site for commercial purposes without our permission. Product names and logos shown here are the marks of their respective owners.
05Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to breach its security, disrupt its operation, or abuse the contact form (including spam, unlawful content, or malicious attachments). We may block traffic that does any of this.
06Third-party links
The site links to external sites, including project and client websites. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
07No warranty and liability
This website is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOHBI is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
08Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms from time to time; the date below reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
