01Who we are

MOHBI is an independent software studio based in the United Kingdom. We build our own products and take on client work. This policy covers this website, mohbi.net. Our products (REQO, PULSX, and FAM) run on their own sites and have their own privacy policies. If you have any question about this policy or your data, email [email protected].

02What we collect

The only personal data this site collects is what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, email address, and message, plus an optional company name, budget range, and file attachments. Your IP address is used transiently to rate-limit submissions and to verify you are human; we do not store it.

03How we use it

Enquiries are used for one thing: replying to you. Your message is delivered to our inbox by email (hosted with Zoho Mail on EU servers), a notification with the enquiry details is sent to our team via Telegram, and a confirmation email is sent to the address you provided. We never sell your data or use it for marketing you did not ask for.

04Bot protection

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that submissions come from a person. To do that, Cloudflare processes limited technical data (such as your IP address and browser characteristics) under its own privacy policy.

05Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how this site is used: which pages are visited and roughly where visitors arrive from. Advertising features are disabled and we run no advertising trackers. You can opt out at any time with the button below, and the choice is remembered on this device. Fonts are served from our own domain, not from a third-party CDN. Cloudflare Turnstile may store a short-lived technical token solely to complete its verification.

06Retention and your rights

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and to keep reasonable business records. Under UK GDPR you can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the data you have sent us, or to restrict or object to its use. Email [email protected] and we will act on it promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

07Changes

If we change how this site handles data, we will update this page and its date. Significant changes will be flagged clearly.
